Community Midwives

The Forfar team provide a pre-conception, antenatal and post-natal service.  Patients will be appointed and seen by the Midwife at Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre.

Community Nurses

A team of Community Nurses, based in Academy Street Medical Practice, look after housebound patients with close communication with the Practice team.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
