Ravenswood Surgery GPs will speak to patients who have requested an appointment on the telephone to assess their needs and will allocate an appropriate appointment to the patient if required. This enables them to allow an appropriate length of time for the patient to be seen by the appropriate healthcare professional.
Consultation hours are between 08:00 and 18:00 in a flexible manner to match the demand of our patients.
Please be on time for your appointment and be ready to answer telephone appointments at the scheduled time. If you are late or miss the telephone call, the doctors may not be able to see you or call you back and you may be asked to make another appointment.
If you are late for the Practice Nurse you will be seen at the first available opportunity or at the end of surgery, or alternatively you have to option to book another appointment. This will minimise disruption to other patients.
Near to Me Consultations
Ravenswood Surgery is currently holding Near To Me Consultations. To access these appointments you will need access to a smart device. The reception staff will send an information leaflet with all the details prior to your appointment. The link to enter this service can be found below:
We currently do not offer an extended hours service due to the COVID -19 pandemic.
Telephone appointments are available. This avoids trips to the Practice that are not necessary and ensures the patient can speak to a GP or Practice Nurse.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
