Patients' Rights:

  • Confidentiality from all members of staff at all times.
  • Telephone calls answered or returned as promptly as possible.
  • We aim to provide access to an appropriate healthcare professional within three working days; sooner in an urgent situation.
  • Repeat prescriptions will be processed in 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Prompt investigation of any complaint made.

Patients' Responsibilities:

  • You will be treated with courtesy and respect by our staff and Doctors. Please treat them in the same manner.
  • We will endeavour to provide you with access to a GP, practice nurse or other healthcare professional. However, this may not necessarily be the GP of your choice.
  • If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know in advance so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.
  • We reserve the right to remove from our list any patient who demonstrates physical or verbal abuse to any member of our practice team or who consistently fails to attend or be available for booked appointments.
  • As patients, you are responsible for your own health and that of any dependents. It is important that you take heed of any information or advice given to you by health professionals.
